The Hurting 005

People change then again,
As every season tests them,
Goading them to temptation,
On their own needs and selfish gain,
Don’t let them inspire evil unto you.

Never pass the pain unto them,
Allow all these things to come by.

Allow bad times their own satisfaction,
Keep that hope, for tomorrow’s ascension,
On the ground, be humble and meek.

You are meant to endure these times,
Ode to God, that you’ll overcome this,
Kneel to him your pray’rs and sorrows,
Only Him, be your pillar of hope.

Not today, you won’t give up,
Aspire for the best, spread your wings, take flight.

The Hurting 003

He’s broken before,

To a point where dying is the mandatory choice,

He’s broken before,

When his love became the one that got away.

Falling to pieces,

Falling from grace,

Falling from a loved ones embrace,

He falls downward,

Down the ravenous cliff,

Falling without question,

Dying without soul,

With a loud thump!

He reached the ground,

Broken as ever,

Broken forever.

His innocence slowly fades away,

As similar to a woman’s fleeting beauty,

But his soul stays the

same,

Unlike the world plunging deeper into chaos,

Despite the things the fates wove through him,

Despite the cruel

ness the seasons hardened him,

But his soul stays the same,

In spite of all the things he has to go through,

In his way to navigate the darkest tunnels,

His soul stays the same,

He might grow old,

He might grow tall,

He could be old and gray,

He could have changed,

But look in his eyes,

His soul stays the same

“Your words cut deeper than a knife.” – Stitches by Shawn Mendes

Where the castle once stood,00246cfafbf49813d1789edf5d139860

Was engulfed in the flames,

Of vengeance, of anger, of regret and of guilt,

Where the flames once feasted,

Was all but ashes, rubble, debris and broken pieces,

Of a colorful history,

Of a bright and innocent past.

Where the alleviation and vitality once existed.

Was now run over by the hurting, the pain, and the agony.
